Fueled by a desire to improve the customer service standard in the real estate industry, Daniele joined The Young Team in 2016 to add her client-oriented skill set to the already thriving business. With 10+ years of customer service experience and an educational background in English Lit from Ohio University, Daniele is motivated, empathetic, and well-organized, a perfect fit for the Executive Assistant role.

In her free time, Daniele enjoys spending weekends relaxing at her lake house, hiking at the metro parks, and cooking for her family and friends. She lives in Willoughby Hills with her fiancée John.
