My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful experience with The Young Team. Jen Waters, who was our main agent and contact, priced our home and gave us tips for the listing photos and was great. She was always quick to answer any questions we had, and was also able to help us solve any problems that came up. The entire Young Team, including Michelle Ehasz, Sara Ohler, and Chris Seaman were all just absolutely wonderful to work with.
Jen initially came to our house to figure out our listing price on a Thursday afternoon. She gave us the price she wanted to list it at (which I thought was high, but what do I know apparently), and we agreed to list with her. She stated she wanted the photographer to come out early in the next week (Tuesday) to take listing photos, and that she wanted the house listed by Thursday and sold by Saturday. I just kept thinking to myself, well that's pretty aggressive. There is no way it will sell that quickly.
The next day, I received a call from Michelle Ehasz, and we set up a time for photos. Tuesday, just like Jen said. Tuesday rolls around, and Chris Seaman showed up to take photos. He did and incredible job and made our house look absolutely amazing.

Josh was terrific to work with on the sale of our home in Solon. The other members of the Young Team were tremendously helpful to us throughout the process. Josh was proactive and direct with communication, was immediately available for questions throughout, and looped in other experts on their team to help us with staging and evaluating the Solon market. We had 15+ showings and an open house with 15+ groups through, leading to multiple above-ask offers within three days of listing. Josh's suggestion to do an inspection ourselves prior to listing the home prompted better offers from buyers overall (with limited contingencies). Josh and his team were great! They guided me through the process, they were very responsive and they even stopped by the property and checked on the status of in-process work when I could not be there. Everyone I worked with on the team was excellent.
