My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful experience with The Young Team. Jen Waters, who was our main agent and contact, priced our home and gave us tips for the listing photos and was great. She was always quick to answer any questions we had, and was also able to help us solve any problems that came up. The entire Young Team, including Michelle Ehasz, Sara Ohler, and Chris Seaman were all just absolutely wonderful to work with.
Jen initially came to our house to figure out our listing price on a Thursday afternoon. She gave us the price she wanted to list it at (which I thought was high, but what do I know apparently), and we agreed to list with her. She stated she wanted the photographer to come out early in the next week (Tuesday) to take listing photos, and that she wanted the house listed by Thursday and sold by Saturday. I just kept thinking to myself, well that's pretty aggressive. There is no way it will sell that quickly.
The next day, I received a call from Michelle Ehasz, and we set up a time for photos. Tuesday, just like Jen said. Tuesday rolls around, and Chris Seaman showed up to take photos. He did and incredible job and made our house look absolutely amazing.
Sold our home fast. The Young made sure our house was ready with team members to help with the whole process. Responsive and a pleasure to work with everyone. Highly recommend.
We bought our new home, and sold our old one, through Jen Waters and the Young Team. My husband hasn't had previous great experiences when working with realtors and was very hesitant and distrustful going into the process. Jen and the team made him reconsider this opinion.
