Josh’s duty as a listing specialist is to set an aggressive pricing and marketing strategy, inform, negotiate, and guide the clients to the best decision when selling their home. He’s in constant communication with his clients and doesn’t stop working until the job is done.
Josh grew up in Orange and Pepper Pike and has lived in many great cities throughout the country. Before making the switch to real estate, he was a professional equestrian. Josh also enjoys playing music, traveling, and the culinary arts. His love for competition makes him a driven and dynamic member of our team. Josh is excited to follow in his family’s legacy and help the Young Team bring a level of success that our real estate market has never seen.
My Qualifications
- Graduate of Orange High School
- Bachelors in Business Management and Bachelors in Advertising/Marketing from Northwood University
- Licensed in Ohio and Florida in 2000
Josh was terrific to work with on the sale of our home in Solon. The other members of the Young Team (Emily, Cara, and Michelle) were tremendously helpful to us throughout the process. Josh was proactive and direct with communication, was immediately available for questions throughout, and looped in other experts on their team to help us with staging and evaluating the Solon market. We had 15+ showings and an open house with 15+ groups through, leading to multiple above-ask offers within three days of listing. Josh's suggestion to do an inspection ourselves prior to listing the home prompted better offers from buyers overall (with limited contingencies). Emily, Cara, and Michelle were terrific and helped keep our sale and close on track after we listed. Emily helped manage the listing and showings once things were live and were a great communicator. The pictures Cara took (and her suggestions for changes) turned out terrific, and Michelle made sure title, lending, and all closing tasks were completed quickly and on time.
